Payment – For your safety and convenience I accept payment through PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your purchase through PayPal.  You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout.  Once you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button.  On the right hand side of the next page you will see two options, the second option is to pay using a credit or debit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Shipping – I ship via USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation for a flat fee of $5.00.  If you require a faster delivery method, please contact me and I will adjust the shipping cost accordingly.

Listed items are in stock (except for custom orders) and ready to ship as soon as payment is confirmed through PayPal.

If your order is a gift directly to the recipient, I can include a personal message card from you, at no extra charge.  If you would like this service, please let me know what you would like written on the card, via email.

International Shipping – Buyers are responsible for all custom fees, duties and taxes associated with their home country.  All custom forms will be marked as “merchandise”.  There are no exceptions.  Certain countries such as Italy and Poland prohibit importation of jewelry.  I cannot ship to these type of countries.  The United Kingdom and Spain also restrict jewelry imports with additional fees.

Refunds and Exchanges – If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me within seven (7) days of your receipt of same. The issue of refunds/exchanges are handled on a case by case basis.  If you should have a problem with your Whimsical Winged Creation, I ask that you please give me the opportunity to resolve the problem.  I believe in and stand behind everything I create.  My designs can usually be repaired by me if there is a problem due to workmanship.  I love my work and want you to love it too!

Return authorization either by phone or by email must be issued in order to return your item.  It must be returned in the original, new condition.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  It is best to insure your return as I am not responsible for lost or misdirected items.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of these items. 

We endeavor to photograph the Creations as realistically as possible but please be aware that colors may vary from one computer/tablet device to another.
