My Story

I’ve been creating things since I was a little girl. My grandmother & my mom infused into me a love & appreciation for nature’s artistry & it’s creative Designer. My most vivid & happiest memories are taking long walks with them, listening to their stories & embracing the breathtaking views of creation all around me! As life happens, artistry & creativity can be put to the side. It wasn’t until 2007, while living in SoCal, that the beauty of my surroundings overtook me once again!

I left the legal field & began creating Whimsical Winged Creations to sell at the Farmers Market in Temecula, CA.  Imagine my joy when I began to interact with visitors from all over the world, selling my butterflies, dragonflies & hummingbirds. The part that touched my core, was the reason “why” they purchased my creations. It was always for someone special in their lives that they loved deeply! 

A few years later I found myself living in N.W. Arkansas! Talk about joy in creation … it’s everywhere you look! At art shows, I wanted to offer a lower price point item, so I designed personalized bottlecap magnets. Fur babies are always a favorite! (My Yochon, Emma approves.)  In 2012, I found myself in NE Ohio, where sunlight is not a daily thing, so I designed an aromatherapy jewelry collection called Aroma on the Rocks! It is jewelry with a purpose; uplifting our moods with our favorite essential oils placed on the lava stone designs! I also love teaching how to create your own aromatherapy bracelet at my “Sip-n-Sniff” bracelet making classes.

In 2020, the pandemic drastically changed my life. The galleries & retail shops I consigned with were closing their doors. On-line reselling was mentioned to me by a close friend. Voila! Click on the “Shop” tab to see my Whimsical Cache’ of new creations!
